1. How quickly is the eCertificate sent out?
Your recipient will receive their eCertificate e-mail within 2 hours (or less) of you placing your order. It will arrive as an e-mail sent directly from you.


2. What if I want to buy an eCertificate now, but I don’t want the e-mail to be delivered right away?
No problem!. Simply enter your own e-mail address in the “Recipient’s E-mail” field. The eCertificate will then be e-mailed to you, and you can then forward this e-mail message to your recipient whenever you would like.


3. Is a credit card required when my friend/family redeems their eCertificate?
No credit card is required if an eCertificate is more than the total dollar amount of the order. However, if the order totals more than the value of the eCertificate, a credit card will be required to cover the remainder of the order.


4. Can I use my eCertificate in a store?
No, eCertificates are only for online purchases.


5. How do I redeem my eCertificate?
It is easy. Just shop online and add your items to your cart. Proceed through the check out process just like you would on any other order. On the “Finish” page of check out, you’ll see a box when you can enter your eCertificate code (just below the total of your order). Simply enter your eCertificate code and click “Submit.”
